Luca, Laura, Domenico, Giuseppe, Roberto and many other farmers that you already know, belong to this cooperative. 

The Goel Cooperative was born to restore value and light to the beautiful territory of Calabria.

And it is exactly to preserve the territory that Goel decided to switch to organic farming and to aggregate all the farms that stand against the main organized criminal organiziation of the region, 'ndrangheta, and that aim at promoting a sustainable rural development. 

The farmers that belong to this cooperative are fairly paid to fully guarantee the respect of workers' rights. The cultivated products are organically certified and enhance the local specialties: citrus fruit, extra virgin olive oil, as well as processed fruit and vegetables. 

Moreover, Goel Bio also means circular economy, a business model that combines the practices of waste re-use and cutting-edge research on environmental sustainability. Indeed, only a small amount of citrus fruit have the right features to be sold as it is: the vast majority is processed into jams, marmelades, compotes and recently into fresh fruit juice, thanks to an exclusively organic pressing plant. ù

We believe in revival, because it represents the origin of nature itself. And together with Goel, we also want to speak out and raise awareness towards the common goal of saving our planet: sustainability.
