Le Arance Valencia sono una varietà bionda succosa, ricca di vitamina C e di carotenoidi. Perfette per essere mangiate a spicchi ma anche per delle ottime spremute. La polpa è ricca di succo e molto dolce, può presentare qualche seme o esserne totalmente priva.
La maturazione avviene nel mese di aprile e la loro raccolta può essere prolungata fino ai mesi più caldi.
Le nostre Arance Valencia biologiche vengono coltivate a pieno campo seguendo il metodo della produzione biologica senza l’uso di fertilizzanti di sintesi chimica. Non sono trattate nemmeno dopo la raccolta, per cui è possibile utilizzare la buccia anche in cucina. Proprio per la loro genuità, vista l’assenza di trattamenti, possono presentare dei difetti sulla buccia che non compromettono le qualità organolettiche e nutrizionali.
