Alberto represents Alleanza Bio, a farmers' cooperative, born with the very intention of enhancing the products of the earth.
Born and raised in Calabria, Alberto knows agriculture and his region well, he comes from a traditional agricultural family, which has solid roots and has been carried out for more than three generations.
His philosophy in a nutshell? Definitely biologic.
The conversions to biologic for Alberto began in the early 90s, therefore we are talking about a long lasting philosophy, which has its roots when there was still no talk of biologic.
We can define it as a forerunner of one of the most important values for sustainable agriculture, making it an excellent ally for us at Orteat.
When you taste Alberto's kiwis, you will carry in your heart his tradition, his devotion and the experience of skilled hands who have lived all their lives in contact with the unspoiled nature of Calabria, which today presents itself as one of the best places for the production of kiwis, both green and yellow.

Coltivano personalmente agrumi, kiwi e varie tipologie di frutti e ortaggi tipici della Calabria. Seguono un’agricoltura sostenibile, basata sul rispetto meticoloso della stagionalità e utilizzando le risorse con parsimonia, per tutelare la terra e garantire dignità e massima attenzione per l’etica del lavoro e dei lavoratori. Utilizzano impianti innovativi per un uso più intelligente delle risorse, sfruttando le energie rinnovabili e cercando di limitare al massimo gli sprechi d’acqua e di energia.
