The story of Luca and his farm began in Emilia Romagna, between the countryside of Ravenna and Ferrara. His organic farm is part of a small consortium that shares the values of sustainability, respect and protection of the environment.
Luca's company is a small reality that does make the difference, in territories full of wonderful resources, like Emilia. Here, Organic Walnuts of the Chandler variety are grown, a fruit that is not easy to produce.
In fact, Luca tells us that it took 4 long years to have the first production. Constant care and tools dedicated to this type of fruit. The path is not easy, but Luca undertakes it with determination and passion.
He tells us every detail of his cultivation and when we finally ask him why he chose to devote himself to this profession, his answer is disarming: I wanted to be a farmer since I was 5 years old. When they asked me at school who I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer was always "I want to be a farmer" and no one in my family did it before me or even after, it's a spontaneous choice, I spend every bit of time in the fields
Such a choice needs no further explanations but the passion and care that are necessary to make it unique.

L'azienda di Luca si estende in Emilia Romagna, a Ravenna, lungo tutta la pianura che circonda il fiume Lamone. La produzione prevede la coltivazione di Noci della varietà Chandler, coltivate ex novo e conseguendo la certificazione biologica. È l'unica azienda che produce in Romagna, creando così un corridoio ecologico che prende il via dal fiume Lamone. Una scelta ambientale e consapevole, meno impattante anche per i trattamenti. Dando così un contributo reale per la salvaguardia del territorio.
