Luca's story is about coming back to Calabria, his homeland, for two simple but important reasons: his love for this region and his passion for traditional agriculture.
That's how Luca, after many travels around the world, chose to stop in this special place and decided to (re)take roots in this area of Calabria.
More precisely in Locri, an uncontaminated place on the Ionian coast between the land and the sea. Here, he created his farm 'Locroi', where he is growing fruits by only following organic farming practices and firmly believing in a sustainable ethic in full respect of nature and its production cycles.
A journey made of departures and arrivals, united by a baggage that he always carries with him: the love for his land.
Our lands
The lands on which the Locroi farm is have always been cultivated with passion and total respect for nature and its cycles, where only organic agricultural practices have been implemented, in which no harmful products for both the environment and humans are used. The production, which takes place in open fields, includes different types of crops: organic oranges (Navel, Tarocco, Bionde.), organic mandarins (Clementine and Tardivo di Ciaculli Tangerines), organic lemons, organic bergamots and organic avocados.
